He was instrumental in developing and deploying ERP and ISO systems for the Group and was associated with KPMG Peat Marwick, in the Middle East region. Sunil is also part of the Core Team for Strategic Planning for ISKCON World.
MSR is a Trained HR professional with nearly 20 years experience in Designing, Developing and Implementing HR Systems. Her expertise includes Organization Charts, HR Policies and Guidelines, Employee Engagement Strategies, Appraisal Processes, Rewards Mechanisms and much more. As full-time Designated Partner of SARCO, she brings the much-needed people-skills to the organization. A fact that very few consultancies can boast of.
CA Ashish Pai, a fellow member of ICAI, is the founder of Ashish R Pai Associates. He has over 10 years of experience in taxation, audit, finance, compliances including representation before tax authorities. He is also abreast with accounts administration for MSMEs, indirect taxes including profession tax, erstwhile VAT, Service Tax and now GST. He has guided businesses for appropriate choice of organisation structure based on their needs. Apart from this, he is very passionate about training. He has been invited to deliver guest lectures at management institutes.

V. Narayanan a.k.a VN is a 1988 batch Chartered Accountant & Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from Mumbai. He has over 30 years of worldwide experience. VN’s career started in the 90s with Coopers and Lybrand (Audit & Consulting), then moved to US MNCs in IT & Telecom, working on IPO in NASDAQ & ERP Projects. He has headed large diversified businesses in UAE and Oman as Group CFO and worked on Funding, Group Strategy, and M&A deals.
Ritu Agwekar, Advocate with an experience of 23 years and expertise in Real Estate , General Corporate , Commercial , Infrastructure , Labour and Contractual laws & Compliance , she also is a POSH Consultant.
